Details and Instructions

 

Registration Fees​​​​​

  • Public/Non-Veterinary Student - $40

    • Attendees under 18+ must come with a parent or guardian and have their own ticket. 

    • Please, no children under 16 years old.​​​​​

  • UGA Pre Vet Student - $25

  • UGA Staff - $25

  • UGA Veterinary Student - Free Admission

    • Please bring your student ID to check in the day of the event​

  • Click on the button below to register. Please follow the instructions and enter all applicable information possible on the registration form.

    • ​Each ticket purchased grants you access to the events of the day as well as complimentary coffee/light breakfast and a ticket for lunch.

EVENT INFORMATION

 

Dear Symposium Attendee, 

The University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine Small Ruminant and Camelid Club is so excited to welcome you to the first Small Ruminant Symposium!  

 

Here are a few details you should know about the event!

  • The address of the event (The UGA Veterinary Teaching Hospital) is 2200 College Station Rd.

    • There will be signs on the facility grounds to direct you to the appropriate place to go.

    • Please DO NOT park in client parking. Instead, follow the signs for parking specific to our event!

  • Event will begin at the Veterinary Education Center at the UGA Veterinary Teaching Hospital.

    • Follow the signs for the event and parking, and the building will be right across the road from the parking lot.

    • There will be students helping to direct you inside as well.

    • Please do not enter the large animal hospital through any entrance – this is not where the event is going to take place.

  • Check-in will begin at 8:30a. During this time, light breakfast and coffee options will be available to you.

    • If you are a UGA vet student attending, you must present your UGA student ID or 811 number at check in.

  • Schedule of events will be posted in the following month concerning presentation speakers and lectures.

  • The lunch hour will be from 12 - 1pm. Lunch tickets will be provided at registration. 

    • Please detail dietary restrictions on the registration form or email with special requests.
